Opportunities based on the theories of Inclusive Development is plentiful. Whenever there are impacts of climate change in a certain region on the surface of the Earth - such as droughts or hurricanes etc., the first issue that would crop up in the human settlements is ill - health. This illnesses could lead to disabilities in the human individuals which could be life - long. Hence the concept of Inclusive Development rises as a solution to the causes and effects of climate change. Inclusion and the concept of Accessibility provides innumerable technological, which is in the subject and research areas of Information and Communication Technologies implementation taskforces. This would lead to the contribution of equality in multiple dimensions. It brings about tools and techniques of utilization by the specially - abled persons which would thus mainstream them into the main sections of society.
Challenges would refer to the organizational changes and reforms in the industry sector. There would also be presence of employment generation procedures in the phases of the industrial reforms and transformation. This would be due to the fact of occurrence of restructuring in the processes and mandates in the organization. These challenges would be ideally managed by the employees of the industry sector, which would be included in the reforms mandates.

As mentioned above, climate change effects could lead to drought, flooding and so on and so forth. These climate change effects could be analyzed and studied in detail with the utilization of Remote Sensing devices and technologies in the Aerospace sector. Hence further implementation of Aerospace technologies could be performed with the development of more robust and state - of - the - art technologies. Hence providing an added weightage and importance to the ICT monitoring and remote sensing technologies, also leading to the policies creation of promoting these technologies.
Capacity building sector would enable the planning/ implementation/ development and further knowledge building with the help of projects on the climate change technologies and research with the progression performed on the Aeropace technologies.

Climate revolves around the concept of water and oceans and seas. Climatic conditions such as solar flares,greenhouse gas emissions, atmospheric conditions etc. lead to effects on water. Ocean acidification, droughts, hurricanes, floods etc. are by - products of climate change. Hence climate change policy is primarily important to reduce or minimize these effects. Government action on climate mitigation is utmost important and crucial for the survival of the future generations in the world.
Climate mitigation reduces the occurrences of droughts. Thus leading to the increased availability of water. Hence meeting the requirements of human consumption demand.
Climate change impacts the global meteorological cycles. These effects would occur at the global scale. Incase there is an impact on one region in the world, this would cause cascading ripple effects across the globe. Thus climate mitigation is not a regional solution, but it is indeed a global solution.

1. The major challenges that concern civil society and communitines are mentioned below:-
a) Managing risk for resilience and disaster preparedness
Due to the climate change impact, disasters could occur due to water. Excess water could lead to floods. This could be due to extremely heavy rainfall in a region or also due to tsunamis caused by earthquakes in water. Also shortage of water could be directly leading to drought conditions. Drought leads to agricultural low productivity. This could additionally be the root causes for famine and malnutrition.
b) Adaptation to climate change
Predicting conditions of drought or floods should be supplemented by a Disaster Management plan and a schedule for Relief operations. Government agencies/ organizations could provide a helping hand for the purpose of performing these efforts.
c) Mitigation of climate change
Well preparedness of the community at the time of predictions of impacts of climate change leads to disaster preparedness. This abides by the core principles of Disaster Management and Disaster Risk Reduction.
d) Mapping science and decision - making
Scientific solutions on climate change could be submitted to the decision - makers. Then an approval for implementation of these solutions would lead to the creation of policy - enablement in a bottom - up approach.
2. Disasters could occur at any place, any region across the world. It could be at a place where person A is residing, and also when at the same time, a person B could be in the surrounding region.
